Refund policy

Chomper Treat Box LLC will refund any unopened or unused treats or treat boxes upon return to us within 30 days this applies to the one time purchase option & the monthly subscription boxes both. Postage to return the item back to us will be paid by the customer. To request a refund take a picture of the unused treats, and send it to chompertreatbox@gmail.com within the 30 day return window, and after we receive the returned unopened & unused treats of treat boxes we will issue a refund. 

Products Returns. You may not return Product to obtain credit or replacement without prior email approval by Chomper Treat Box LLC. For products accepted for return, you must pre-pay return shipping costs.

Subscription Acceptance and Cancellation. You agree that your subscription is an offer to buy, under these Terms, all products and Services listed in your subscription. All subscriptions must be accepted by us or we will not be obligated to sell the products or Services to you. We may choose not to accept subscriptions at our sole discretion, even after we send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered.
